Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and country, as well as your profile, the topic and content of your message, your preferred contact method and the date of your consent.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow it up. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 24 months after the last exchange and then deleted automatically. Messages identified as unwanted are deleted after 30 days.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for Chérif Moussa. It is hosted by Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile bot protection) and emails are sent by Resend.

These providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

The public website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser and never transmitted. The administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@cherifmoussagold.com.
